Painting & Grit Blast
More and more our customers prefer single source accountability for their parts and projects. To answer this need, we have invested in our painting facilities to provide finished components to our customers
We have three grit blast booths, with the largest at 30’ x 30’ x 18’ high. In addition, we have two paint booths with the largest measuring 30’ x 30’ x 18’ high. Our paint booths are controlled for temperature and humidity to ensure the consistency of our painted coatings. With years of experience with all types of alkyd and epoxy paint systems our painters are ready to take on your next project.
Each and every part is inspected to NACE Standards from degreasing to blast profile to Dry Film Thickness (DFT) and all pertinent data recorded on our QA data sheets. We also have a NACE qualified inspection firm in our supply chain should that be a requirement of your project.
